List of changes and news in CAD Kitchens 5.5 :

 

1. Kitchen design documentation:

Documentation main page:
    - horizontal page division ( two parts);
    - descriptions moved left to enable space for graphics;
    - logo introduced (optional) at right upper part;
    - space for graphic (optional) at right lower part of the page;
    - field names are changeable (new configuration can be saved);
    - data exclusion from upper part fields (optional), changeable for dotted fields, in result tables are removed from detailed drawings;
    - designer’s signature added (optional), date added and text field changed in costumer’s signature;
    - adjustable font size on title page;

Projections (views) in documentation:
    - north direction indicated;
    - lower table modified, bigger and bolded order number;
    - legend inscription added;
    - markers (A,B,C...) added to identify projections (views);
    - connectors defined in cupboards (kitchen units) automatically added to documentation (optional);
    - projections (views) settings saved in file, to allow design transfer into other locations;

 

Appraisal in documentation:
    - numeration change, shelf numbers continue cupboards numbers
    - colours can be turned off in elements statement;
    - in appraisal tables: prices can be turned off (optional);
    - detailed description of elements can be turned off (optional);
    - household appliances added to equipment group;
    -table with elements from additional equipment database can be removed from appraisal (optional);
Worktops in documentation:
    -worktop database enriched with codes which allow to divide worktops into any number of groups;
    -collective worktop drawings can now be generated by groups on one page (optional);
    - tables with worktops list and characteristic added to collective statement;
Saving documentation file:

-documentation saved to .exe file allows to print all pages at once;

 -option “do not show in documentation” added to worktop drawing dialogue;

- improved holes cutting (in worktops);

 3. AGD module
    - function of cancelling and editing inserted hood;
 4. Cupboard editor
    - fronts dividing improved in custom cupboards;

5. Inserting and editing cupboards panel

    -cupboard stand-off can be set while inserting cupboard into design (stand-off from the wall and previous cupboard);
    -displaying of database name changed (while inserting manufacturer’s additional elements);
    - possibility of moving, removing and rotating handles on cupboard front while editing;

6. Visualisation

- it is possible to add watermark to *.jpg file and/or to printout (description or graphic);

New version of bathroom designing software CAD Decor 1.9

List of changes and news in CAD Decor 1.9

- new functions has been added to program menu exporting and importing models/scene/projects with colours. Those are saved as *.dwg and *.p3i files.

- new function in visualisation allowing to change walls length without loss of tiles/sets/materials placed on it (new position under right click menu);

- new command introduced (“anty”) to set anti-aliasing quality, when first time entering visualisation window with anti-aliasing options is displayed; to reopen the window type “anty” in command bar;
- reorganized system of creating and saving tiles sets;
- problem with disappearing walls, when cutting out some areas has been solved;
- tiles statement issue has been fixed (algorithm changed for small tiles);
-“tiles disappearing from object” issue has been solved (happened when removing tiles from design and saving scene);
- sets can appear as predefined manufacturer sets in databases (e.g. new floor panel database of Barlinek);
- grout colour changing has been amended as well as grout thickness;
- path indicating on the area has been fixed –previously cursor was displayed but snap points were disabled;
- new possibilities of path drawing (five snap points on the element) and replacing areas, it is possible to indicate snap points on the edge of the holes and niches (e.g. window edge);

- possibility of adding watermark to generated *.jpg file or to printout (text or graphic);

- printing on ATI cards corrected;
- generating reflections changed for shapes made of platforms, e.g. mirror on the ceiling;
- placing tiles on arc walls changed;

internet updater
- reorganized interface;
- tray mode enabled, progress information is displayed in the corner;
- no necessity of typing actualisation code, information about service pack are downloaded automatically;
- after actualisation user is redirected to web site containing changes made to software;
- information about changes available in all language versions;

user database
- issue involving too long file paths has been solved;
- file renaming added, while copying to database;
