The real revolution in CAD! Paints choices available during designing!
The breakthrough solution used by CAD Projekt K&A will allow users of CAD Decor, CAD Kitchen and CAD Interiors to choose paints and other coatings for internal and external surfaces of the designed interiors!
Until this moment the software offered by CAD Projekt K&A allowed our Customers, inter alia, to use multiply databases of furniture, appliances, fixtures, furnishings and floors manufacturers as well as databases of ceramic tiles producers while creating a project. Now we give You the new innovative tool that will allow You to create designs based on a wide range of products of the well-known international paint manufacturer Tikkurila!
Tikkurila is the leader in the field of decorative paints and industrial coatings in Eastern and Northern Europe, present on the market since 1862. The Tikkurila Group consists of renowned local brands. On the Polish market they are as follows: Polifarb Debica, Jedynka and Beckers.
With the usage of this new module, our Customers will have the possibility of choosing any product offered by Tikkurila on every stage of their work with the project! There will be a great choice of primers, enamels, paints and varnishes for Your disposition! The module will operate in the visualization mode. The selection of the colour and product, best fitting the specificity of the project being created, will be possible in a few ways:
· by identifying the specific product and then choosing the colour from the palette available for this very product;
· by selecting a hue from the chosen Colour Card and then, accordingly to this criterion, searching for the available products;
· by indicating the code of the colour from the sampler.
After selecting the paint or coating the user will be able to apply it directly into the project in the same way as the applying of any textures is proceeded. It means that by using a simple ‘drag-and-drop’ method every surface in the project can be covered by the chosen Tikkurila product. It will be also possible to save the chosen colours as JPG files to a directory on the disc, and this way the individual User’s Colour Palette can be created. Additionaly, there will be a detailed description for each product available for downloading in PDF format from the manufacturer official website via Internet. While creating a Project Report, the user will have the possibility to determine parameters of the walls to be painted, such as the number of layers. The final report will include manufacturer’s data, product name and destination (metal, wood, hard substrate, floor or wall), the surface area, the amount of paint needed for the given number of layers along with the number, size and weight of the packages, which is all necessary information for preparing an order.
The new module will be included in the newest versions of CAD Decor, CAD Kitchens and CAD Interiors programmes. For more information please contact our sales department.
