Elements data. Templates

As a user, you can:

give any name to any template or choose its name from a dictionary;
introduce template dimensions in millimetres,
transfer templates of a chosen cabinet from cabinet base available in CAD Kitchen software;
define amount of templates designed for the section;
define material from which templates are made;
define the structure of templates?? natural grain of wood;
define, which template edges will be veneered;
define, what type of edges veneer will be used;
define template margin, if its edges are going to be processed;
add, remove or edit each template;
hide templates of specified material so that they are not optimised;
obtain information about templates area in square metres;

Elements data. Sheets

As a user, you can:

give any name of any sheet or choose its name from a dictionary;
introduce sheet dimensions in millimetres,
define, how many identical sheets will appear in the project;
define material from which sheets are made;
define the direction of sheets’ natural grain of wood (grain of wood of a template will be automatically adjusted to the grain of wood of a sheet);
download sheets from the main storage place to your current project (in the sheet storage place you can keep any number of defined panels);
add a sheet to the storage place or current project;
define cut width (thickness of a cutting line, defined in millimetres);
define sheet margin (sheet edges, on which templates cannot be placed);
add, remove or edit each sheet;
print sheet sets designed for section;
hide sheets of specified material so that they are not optimised;

Other functions

As a user, you can:

choose working mode ? choose sheet cutting along or across mode;
automatically move waste to the sheet storage place;
automatically move waste to the current project;
automatically remove used sheets from the storage place;
define minimum amount of waste ? bigger amounts will be moved to the storage place or a list of sheets in current project;
automatically count and valuate net area of templates in the project;
automatically count and valuate the length of veneer edge in the project (in current metres);
automatically count and valuate net area of the sheets used in sheet optimisation;
storage any number of defined additional elements and their prices in the additional elements and services storage place;
check templates and sheets compatibility ? templates are placed in the sheets to which the same material was ascribed;

Section optimisation results

Section optimisation results are presented graphically:
on the preview there are previously drawn templates, numbered waste and time thickness,
on each template there is its identification number, name, size (gross length and width) and the amount of veneered edges;
other information concerning the optimisation:

you can switch off templates names and waste (both on your monitor and printout);
you can change the size of section preview;
